CANCELLATIONS & ORDER CHANGES

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number along with the requested changes.

Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may have already entered processing or fulfillment and can no longer be canceled or changed.

Please note that during peak seasons and holidays, processing times may be slightly longer than usual. However, we will always do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.

REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS

We offer a replacement or refund in the following situations:

• The item arrives damaged, defective, or faulty.

• The item received is significantly different from the item ordered.

• The wrong item was shipped due to our error.

• The package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier.

• The shipment has shown no tracking movement for more than 21 consecutive days and is considered delayed beyond a reasonable delivery timeframe.

Claims for damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items must be submitted within 14 days after delivery.
